WORD2007 encryption and Cancellation encryption method
Encrypt a document
1, click the Office button in the upper-left corner of the window and select Prepare, and then click the Encrypt document item.
2. Eject the "Encrypt document" dialog box, enter the password in the Password box, and click "OK" button.
3, the "Confirm Password" dialog box will be popped up, and then click "OK" after entering the password again.
4, click the Office Button, see the "Encrypted document" icon to the left of the selected state, we can save and close the document.
5, open this document again, will pop up the "Password" dialog box, you need to enter the correct password to open the document.
Canceling encryption
1, click the Office button in the upper-left corner of the window and select Prepare, and then click the Encrypt document item.
2, pop-up "Encrypted document" dialog box, delete the original password, and OK.
3, click the Office Button, see the "Encrypted document" icon to the left of the selected state, we can save the document.
