(3) Important but not urgent

(4) That is, it is neither important nor urgent.

Important work: Work that plays a key role in achieving the goal. For example, what I need to know about a technology I am not familiar;

Urgent work: the work that needs to be completed immediately. For example, I need to send an email to the boss immediately.

 

I arrived at the office in the morning, except for some chores, I will list the work list for the day in the first time, and mark different types of work.

The rest of the time is to select different times and complete these jobs in different order.

 

Of course, as you have guessed, the first choice for a job is the "very important and urgent" work, which is the work you need to complete and complete right away.

 

However, for the second choice, I was a little confused for a while.

Do you want to finish the "important but not urgent" tasks first, or do you want to finish the "important but not urgent" tasks first?

 

The previous practice was to complete the urgent work first, because the urgent work seems so urgent and needs to be handled immediately.

I feel like a fireman, and my daily work is like "fire-fighting"

 

In fact, the direct consequence of doing so is to lead to a vicious circle.

Each person has a limited amount of work effort a day.

There is no way to focus on jobs that seem not urgent but important.

These not urgent but important tasks will become a very urgent task after a period of time, and you also need to handle them urgently,T.t

 

The current practice is: Put the seemingly "urgent" jobs down first, put them on first, and focus on what I think is important.

If the job is still urgent after a while, it means it is really urgent,So, do it now

If the job does not seem so urgent after a while, the prototype of the job is (4Is neither urgent nor important.

This kind of work can both be done and not done. If I don't do it, won't I earn it,J

 

Before getting off work every day, take a look at your own list

(1) Have all the class work been done?

(2) And (3Are the jobs that you think need to be done completed?

(4) Class work is ignored directly

 

After such a list is confirmed by ourselves, what work needs us to be concerned about in our daily rest and life?

The rest of the time, I think, is to leave myself a good time to live.
