In a twinkling of an eye, I have been working as an intern for a month in the same company. Although I only have a short period of time, I feel that I have gained a lot of things. I would like to make a conclusion here, hoping that the leaders and teachers will give criticism and opinions. First of all, in terms of work, I have never officially attended a class before, and some of them only work in summer or tutor. So when I first got into my internship at the company, I was a little nervous and excited. I am excited to step into the society. I am curious about my work and new environment, but I am afraid that I have learned too little things. I cannot join this group, or I will hold you back and live up to the expectations of my teachers. So before I came to the company, I made up my mind to continue studying hard and integrate into the group as soon as possible. Because the company is in its infancy and does not have specialized training courses and training personnel, I can only rely on self-study and take the initiative to ask colleagues, but although there is no dedicated teacher, in fact, everyone is my teacher, I can ask all kinds of questions at any time, and my colleagues are very enthusiastic. Every time I put down my hands and patience to help me solve them, in particular, Jack Ma often asks me a very small question and tells me a lot of related things. There will also be some unexpected events at work, such as phone calls for people to ask about the company's business, or sales personnel to open the door to promote things, which were never met at school, while dealing with such a small thing, I am growing up. In terms of learning, because we adopt general education in university education, many things only talk about the skin, but to be able to use it in production practice, we must learn more, this is also the gap between society and education. So I just got into the company and found that the company uses many technologies such as C #,. net, SQL Server, and bugfree. We either learned it a long time ago, or talked about it very lightly, so we couldn't get started immediately, so we were confused in the first few days, however, with the help of teachers and colleagues, I also sorted out the learning order and learned a little bit. Don't be confused. After learning from C # again, and getting in touch with the brand new. Net in just one month, I found that I have learned a lot. The company's system is very suitable for learning these technologies. I also hope that I can be integrated into real development as soon as possible. In terms of life, this is also one of my biggest feelings. In the past, my school was relatively loose. In addition to class, I had many extracurricular activities. I had a lunch break every day. The company has to go to work at six o'clock P.M. every day, and get off work at. There is only two hours in the middle of the day, just a few hours in a day. As a result, the law of life has changed. At the beginning, this compact life was not suitable. Later, after self-adjustment, I gradually got used to this rhythm. There are also daily value, weekly meeting summaries, and so on, which not only allow you to work as a member of the company, but also truly integrate into the company's collective through communication and cooperation. I was deeply impressed by many details in my life. For example, Guo is always a detail-oriented person, and he always asks us to pay attention to the details of life, only by grasping these details can we go more brilliantly in the future. Teacher Wu's profound knowledge and approachable personality allow me to learn a lot in every meeting or conversation, it also influences my character in a subtle way. Other colleagues in the company also taught me a lot. I realized that in my company, I should not only learn how to work, but also learn how to behave. Although I have made a lot of progress in just one month, I still have many shortcomings, such as learning enthusiasm, language expression ability and specific programming ability, which need to be improved, we hope to continue our efforts in the following aspects: 1. At the beginning of my internship, I had a great enthusiasm for learning because of my freshness and interest.
