WPS Table Tutorial: Combination, split, and format conversion of cell data

Example one: Use formula or function combination data to obtain birth address

First, data analysis.

The student's exam number consists of three parts, the school code (CN,CB) class code (51,52,61,62) Student Code (01~48). All you have to do now is split it up so that the next subtotal is sorted.

Second, data splitting.

The most intuitive way to split cell data is by using a method of disaggregation.

1. Insert two blank columns after the examination number.

2. Select the test number data to perform the "Data" "Breakdown". Select Fixed width in the original data type option in the Step 1 dialog box that pops up.

3. Enter the next step to set the field width. In the Step 2 dialog box, see the axis that represents the width of the data, click the location of the scale 2, 4, and a column with the UP arrow. To clear the column, double-click, and then drag to the specified position to move the line.
