The core of the tutorial is the disaggregation, which will introduce you to four examples in the WPS table (ET), how to convert data in a cell, split (extract), and format.
Example one: Use formula or function combination data to obtain birth address
1. Combine the data with the "&" number.
2. Use functions (concatenate) to combine data.
Example two: Split the exam number, get the school, class, study number information.
The two schools in the south and north of the city jointly organize the five or six-year language contest, and the students ' scores are as follows:
To classify the grades of each class, of course, we must first separate the students from each class, open et practice!
First, data analysis.
The student's exam number consists of three parts, the school code (CN,CB) class code (51,52,61,62) Student Code (01~48). All you have to do now is split it up so that the next subtotal is sorted.
Second, data splitting.
The most intuitive way to split cell data is by using a method of disaggregation.
1. Insert two blank columns after the examination number.
2. Select the test number data to perform the "Data" "Breakdown". Select Fixed width in the original data type option in the Step 1 dialog box that pops up.
3. Enter the next step to set the field width. In the Step 2 dialog box, see the axis that represents the width of the data, click the location of the scale 2, 4, and a column with the UP arrow. To clear the column, double-click, and then drag to the specified position to move the line.
