Recently I used xampp to test some php Data. I know little about php.
After starting the service with apache, there is no problem using localhost: 8008 and 127.0.0.1: 8008.
Http: // Access forbidden will appear at 192.168.0.11: 8008!
But I can use tomcat to start the servlet. of course, the ports are different.
Http: // 192.168.0.11: 8080.
