After the download is complete all default installs, the installation path tries not to put on the C drive, because WIN10 has the limit to the C drive's write permission.
Click Apache,start after completing the installation to launch Apache. An error may occur during startup, because the corresponding port (ports:80,443) is occupied, you can first click on netstat in xampp COntrol panel to view the usage:
View the PID of the occupied port
Then go to Task Manager and click Details
End the corresponding PID. In general, if you install a virtual machine or SVN, you may be using this port to cause startup failure.
