XP boot blue screen or prompt "Logon process initialization failed"

Cause analysis

Preliminary confirmation that the "logon process initialization failed" issue in the Windows users with Kingsoft software installed in this section is related to the Windows system Security update patch (KB2839229).

Solution Solutions

Windows XP System

1, in the appearance of the above interface, press and hold the power switch for 10 seconds to force the shutdown, confirm the shutdown, click on the key again, and continuously click on the keyboard F8 key until the Advanced Options menu (see figure below). Use the arrow keys in the lower right corner of the keyboard "↓" key to select "Safe mode" Press "enter", then select your current system, press "enter".

2, about 30 seconds later, go to the Select Account interface, select the Administrator account login system. (Image below)

3, after entering the system will pop up "Windows is running in safe mode" prompt, please left click "Yes".

4. After entering the system security mode of the desktop, left click on "Start"-"Control Panel" and "Add or Remove Programs".
