XP cannot run the Installation File

1. click Start> Run. In the displayed run dialog box, enter regsvr32 actxprxy. DLL (note that no quotation marks are entered), click "OK", and a dialog box is displayed.
"Dllregisterserver in actxprxy. dll succeeded", and click "OK" in the dialog box;
2. click Start> run again. In the displayed run dialog box, enter regsvr32 shdocvw. DLL (note that no quotation marks are entered), click "OK", and a dialog box is displayed.
"Dllregisterserver in shdocvw. dll succeeded", and click "OK" in the dialog box;
3. Restart.

If not, run the following

Restart the computer to enter safe mode (press the F8 key when the screen is started), then click "start --> Run", and enter
CMD command, enter msiexec/regserver in the pop-up "cmd command prompt" window and restart
