Open a software Tip error message, Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Reason:

The dynamic library is not registered or the dynamic library is missing

Workaround:

(1) Open start, then enter regsvr32/u Vsfilter.dll in Run, and then enter.

(2) then enter regsvr32/u Shmedia.dll in run

If prompted Vsfilter.dll is missing, you need to find the DLL website to download the corresponding DLL file.

(3) Restart the computer is good.
