One, Linux installation of virtual machine settings

1. Open the virtual machine and click "Create a new virtual machine" on the home page.

Note: "Save virtual disk as a single file" means that the virtual machine virtual hard disk space is stored as a file. If you select this option, make sure that the disk file system for the virtual machine installation location is NTFS.

Splitting a virtual disk into multiple files means that the virtual machine's hard disk space is stored in multiple files and distributed.
