[Yii2] Quick Set template, loading js,css (HTML tag <base>)

Just started to learn, get a long time, do not know how to load js.css, and how not to load YII2 self-brought template! Actually really good simple!

First put the template in position,

Load Js,css, add a label to the template HTML page:<base>

The base tag's link to the JS,CSS's location is good, the others do not move!

　　<base> This tag is actually HTML default open way with the default link URL address tag element, learn more about base in my article to find it!

Above finish, the difference YII2 own how to remove, is the time of rendering with renderpartial

　　The difference between render and renderpartial is a render template, one that does not render the template!
