Installation:

Yum-y Install package name

Options

Install installation

-Y Auto Answer Yes

Eg: 1 [[email protected] ~]# yum -y install gcc

Upgrade:

YUM-Y Update package Name

Options

Update upgrade

-Y Auto Answer Yes

Uninstall:---------------------------------try not to!!! Not good will uninstall the system dependent files, causing the system to crash.

Yum-y Remove Package Name

Options

Remove Uninstall

-Y Auto Answer Yes

Yum Software Group Management commands

1 [[email protected] ~]# Yun Grouplist

#l列出所有可用的软件组列表

Yum Groupinstall software Group name

#安装指定软件组, the group name can be queried by grouplist

Yum groupremove software Group name

#卸载指定软件组
