I found a solution on the zend Forum today. I 'd like to share it with you:
Choose Window> Preference> General> Startup and Shutdown from the menu.
Remove the "Advanced Debugger UI Plug-in" and "PDT debug daemon Plug-in" options.
Disable "Build Automatically"
Right-click the Project and choose "Properties"> "Builders" to remove "PHP Project Builder"
