I as an entrepreneur or as a mobile internet developer, share a few experiences with you, so I do not have a special macro figures and trends in the judgment, more than a few years of experience, I hope to have some help.

Originally my topic is the mobile Internet's global, this is I share today one of three experiences, temporarily changed a share topic, is the mobile Internet 123, this is not the rule 123, only we experience 123.

First, find the mobile Internet as an entrepreneur's beginner. Mobile internet entrepreneurs, like migrating animals, sometimes feel that they have found a good opportunity, but early, sometimes they feel that they have found a very follower, sometimes it is too late, can only see the end of the revolution. We are now going through a great migration, the process of migrating from PC to mobile Internet, leaving the place where the natural conditions will be concentrated, and when the dry season arrives, the animals left there will starve to death. Understand the mobile phone, a few years ago I just started mobile internet, many people asked me, I have a computer can surf the Internet, why do I have to use mobile phone? A few days ago, we had a meeting in the conference room when we were doing some planning to say that we could have some inspiration for a project and everyone was stuck. In China, doing application development is too tiring, as Li Han mentioned, this is a very dark jungle competition places, everyone's competitive way, people feel very pressure, but in the global market, there are many choices, at least more choices, the European and American market competition mature, the user pays the willingness to high, this is the product success, Or in the commercialization process is very good advantage, this is in the original PC Internet, in the face of China's domestic market does not have the advantage.
