Unhappy mobile phone manufacturers have their own misfortune.

The judges of Delhi High Court in India have recently had enough knowledge of Chinese handset makers. A week ago they passed a patent lawsuit filed by Ericsson demanding that it stop selling millet handsets in India. Yesterday they also issued a notice banning the importation and sale of mobile phones with their brands in India. The reason is the exclusive cooperation agreement between Indian handset brand Micromax and Cyanogen in India.

Cyanogen was originally a global partner in mobile operating systems. But in the November 28 of this year, a few days before the launch of a mobile phone to India, Cyanogen suddenly announced the split leg, in turn with the Indian Micromax Company signed an exclusive cooperation agreement. Since then, Cyanogen on December 4 on the blog that will continue to India, including a mobile phone to provide OTA update. But only three days later, Cyanogen again, issuing a new blog statement that would only provide an update for a mobile phone purchased in the non-Indian market, while a mobile phone sold in the Indian market would no longer be updated.

Since then, a pledge will be available next February to provide mobile phones with their own systems. This system is based on Android 5.0 Lollipop development.

The story is not over yet. A few days later, Micromax was sent to court. The reason is that Micromax plans to release the new mobile phone brand "Yu" on December 18, the first mobile phone Micromax and Cyanogen. And they think a mobile phone with a cyanogen system violates their exclusive rights.

But like Millet, a plus has a chance to breathe. A cell phone inventory that has been imported to India for the first period can continue to be sold. But they face another tricky problem than millet. The Delhi High Court said it would have to take legal action against the cyanogen if it thought it was in default, and that it would not be able to find a legal basis in India unless it sued under California law.
