Beijing Time November 10 News, the United States Woman Amanda Ebruchuku (Amanda Ajuluchuku) because of the blocked blog ads, sued Google for her "illegal confinement."
The report said Amanda filed a lawsuit against Google at the U.S. District Court's eastern California branch. Amanda claims to have signed up for a Google Blogspot account, devoted to discussing the marital problems of celebrities. Google initially advised Amanda to load an advertising plugin on her blog, which would allow her to receive ad revenue on a per-click basis.
Amanda said Google later blocked ads on its blogs, and "a near-crazy move led to a reduction in revenue". In addition, she believes Google has prevented her from leaving New York, discriminating against her because of "race, colour and disability". In a nutshell, she thinks Google has "illegally imprisoned" her.
The court investigation in charge of the case found that Amanda was a less "normal" woman. Because she had already launched hundreds of bizarre cases. In 2007, Forbes magazine disclosed that she claimed that the Bank of America had lost her 200-dollar cheque, causing her to endure "pain and anxiety attacks, severe dizziness, headaches, and chills". So she asked for 5 billion dollars in mental loss. The eastern California court yesterday dismissed Amanda's lawsuit against Google, saying there was a complete lack of legal basis. One of the reasons for the court was that the lawsuit belonged to a civil rights lawsuit involving a hiring relationship, but there was no evidence that Google had an employment relationship with her.
It is reported that Amanda also sued Apple, said the other side to discriminate against her blue skirt. She demanded an apology from Apple and filed a 10 million dollar claim for mental loss.
