According to the principle of the combination of rights and obligations, fairness and efficiency, the meeting decided to adhere to the system of combining social integration and individual account, and to include the retired collective enterprise retirees into the basic endowment insurance. (a) Not insured collective enterprises have reached or exceeded the legal retirement age before December 31, 2010, the individual can pay 15 years of basic endowment insurance, to participate in basic pension.
