Beets is a Media Library management system. It can be used to categorize your collection directory and automatically improve its metadata to use http://www.aliyun.com/zixun/aggregation/6141.html ">musicbrainz database." It can also download albums or cover pages, providing a set of tools to operate and access your music. Beets includes a MPD-protocol music player that uses any MPD client in your beets library to play music.

Features supported by the Beets 1.0B10 version include manual label editing, updating the database on disk labels, moving/copying files, labeling files you've flagged, improving input and an experimental web interface.
