If we 211.html "> feel that the market and manufacturers hype exists, we must think of each enterprise in the name of cloud computing, give up the entire data center http://www.aliyun.com/zixun/aggregation/13748.html" > Infrastructure. However, most people know that the manufacturer must be reserved, and everyone has a book in mind. So the question remains: what is cloud computing in the enterprise? Whether it's a public cloud, a private cloud, or a mixed cloud.
In December 2012, techtarget the first cloud Pulse survey, focusing on cloud use and use cases to observe industry trends. The study, which is conducted three times a year, continues to focus on the cloud's application trends in IT staff.
TechTarget's Cloud Adoption index uses survey data to measure cloud migration activities, as well as plans for the future of each field. Looking at the chart below, you can see the latest trends and how the new standard services and industries move to the cloud and how your business compares.
Based on the content of Cloud Adoption Index, we found that both public and private clouds were up to 25% in it, with a mixed cloud of 16%. And no matter what manufacturers say, but survey data show that the adoption rate is not stable, from December 2012 to March 2013, the adoption rate is relatively smooth. It should be noted that if more respondents were to move all it workloads to the cloud, the index should be equal to 100.
Will all this affect the purchasing will of the enterprise it? Maybe. December 2013, a considerable portion of the survey respondents plan to transfer it workloads to the cloud in the next six months. In fact, the March survey data did not confirm this view.
So what is the impact of adoption? Why did the respondents who were prepared to adopt in the Half-year not appear? 34% of respondents said there was a lack of control over the cloud, which was not the main source of cloud computing, and 33% thought their data center virtualization was not doing enough to get into the cloud. The proportion of safety is still relatively high, 31%.
It looks like cloud service vendors are still offering something that convinces business it. But as cloud management tools evolve and data centers are further virtualized, real cloud computing applications may only be a matter of time.
