Chanel's French luxury underwear and swimsuit brand, Eres, will be in the top five this week to net-a-porter the world's E-commerce market.
According to Eres operations director Olivier Mauny's introduction to WWD, the first shelves include the Eres Spring Series and the new Pure Silk series Sun Wear, by July, more categories will be listed with the autumn, including home service and cashmere single goods.
Eres the current e-commerce is open only to European customers, so the alliance of global luxury electric giants Net-a-porter will help Eres open up the global market, enhance the brand image, the most important is to have access to the special strategic position of North American and Asian customers. Olivier Mauny points out that Asia's Hong Kong, Taiwan, mainland China and Japan are all key areas of brand development.
