However, on the other hand, bilateral FTA also has its own shortcomings. First, such bilateral trade negotiations cannot benefit all developing countries as a whole. Second, in some bilateral trade agreements between developed and developing countries, NON-TRADE clauses are often added, which are considered non-trade barriers, such as labour and environmental standards. In addition, free trade agreements have accelerated the trade facilitation and market access liberalization of both parties to the agreement, but the entry of enterprises outside the region will also create some obstacles. From the point of view of global economic integration, regional economy cooperation is a double-edged sword, which is open to the outside world.
