At the same time, there is no precipitation in the large part of North China, the east of the northwest and the big part of Huang Huai more than 40 days, some winter wheat area appears drought. The Office of China National Flood Control and drought relief General Headquarters said that the drought occurred in Yunnan, Guangxi, Guizhou, Sichuan and other countries, the recent days are still less rain, river water level is low.  The national defense general, who expressed concern about the drought, convened the Emergency Drought Relief Association 20th. National defense general said, will take the reservoir water supply, wells, water transfer and water and other measures to ensure the safety of water for the people in the arid zone.  At the same time, the recent plan to allocate the first batch of special funds 10 billion yuan, priority to solve the serious drought of the population drinking water security problem.  The national defense general said that the Ministry of Finance will arrange a batch of extra drought relief subsidy to support the drought mitigation in the arid areas of Yunnan, Guangxi, Guizhou, Sichuan and Chongqing, and focus on the drought-resistant emergency water source project and the maintenance of farmland irrigation facilities. According to the National Defense General Office statistics, China's drought provinces have put in drought-resistant funds 640 million yuan, labor 8.95 million people, temporarily resolved 6.76 million people, 3.33 million large livestock drinking water difficulties.
