January 12 News, according to foreign media reports, Facebook spent 8.5 million of dollars to the U.S. Farm Board Alliance ("AFBF") acquired the Internet domain name fb.com for internal staff to use. The United States Farm Bureau Alliance announced in Tuesday that the group received 8.5 million dollars in revenue from the sale of its domain name, but did not disclose the buyer. Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg announced November 15 last year that it had acquired the fb.com domain name for AFBF.
