FixYa asked its service users about the five major issues that cloud storage customers encounter in Dropbox,google Drive,sugar Sync,icloud and box. The feedback received was thousands of, and the spokesman had no exact figures.

Dropbox

Dropbox is one of the most popular consumer storage services. The company recently claimed it had 100 million users. Dropbox officials say 1 billion files are saved to the site every day.

Dropbox supports virtually every operating system, from desktop Windows,os x and Linux to BlackBerry, Android, and iOS on mobile devices.

The Dropbox respondents chose the "Security Issue" (40%) as their primary concern. Storage capacity limits are cited as second (25%), file synchronization is limited to third (15%), slow response is fourth (10%), and finally "other" (5%).

As of June this year, about 7% per cent of personal data was stored in the cloud, and the figure is expected to climb to 36% by 2016, according to Gartner, a market research firm.
