BIND 9 DNS domain name server suffers denial of service attack

Bind is a popular DNS server software, and the latest version is bind 9. The Internet Systems Association (ISC), which manages and maintains bind, warns that the BIND 9 DNS domain name server is suffering from a coordinated denial of service attack, which may have an unknown 0day vulnerability. Warns that a DNS domain name server crashes while executing a query, and returns an error message "Insist (! dns_rdataset_isassociated (Sigrdataset))". Multiple versions of BIND were affected, including all versions of BIND 9. ISC believes that a network event that has not yet been identified causes the BIND 9 parser to quickly fetch an invalid record, and subsequent queries cause the parser to crash. ISC is looking for reasons to make patches to resolve abnormal exit problems. It is not an easy task to ensure that business information security and business continuity are the responsibility of everyone in the organization, so that each employee understands and effectively performs his or her own security responsibilities, and requires effective communication between the information security management and the staff.
