Syntax: int ftp_get (int ftp_stream, string local_file, string remote_file, int mode)

Description:

Success returns TRUE, and failure returns false.

Ftp_get () obtains the file Remote_file from the FTP server and stores it in the local local_file, and the mode modes of transmission must be ftp_ascii or ftp_binary.
