REGISTER command

Syntax】
/msg ChanServ Register < #频道名称 > < channel password > < description of the channel >
Description】
Used to register a specified channel. Before using this command you must first enter this channel, and become the channel administrator, which we usually say has a hat; "Channel password" is to facilitate identification to change the channel settings, "Description of the channel" is necessary to explain the topic of the channel discussion.
When you sign up for this channel, you become the "founder" of the Channel (founder). The initiator can change all settings of the channel, and when the initiator enters the channel, ChanServ will automatically give the initiator channel administrator permission. Access commands that use ChanServ can increase access rights for other users.
* Before registering the channel, you must register your nickname first. Please refer to NickServ's Register command
Example】
/msg ChanServ Register #Chat kkssed casually chat, so will register #chat this channel, the password is kkssed, the corresponding channel description is casually chat.
IDENTIFY command

Syntax】
/msg ChanServ Identify < #频道名称 > < channel password >
Description】
To verify that you are the originator of the specified channel (founder), ChanServ's many commands require you to use it beforehand.
The "Channel password" Here is the password you use when registering the channel with the Register command.
Example】
/msg ChanServ identify #Chat kkssed, which will validate you as the founder of Channel #chat. The password we use here is kkssed, the channel password provided in the example of the previous register command.
SET command

Syntax】
/msg ChanServ Set < channel name > < options > < corresponding parameters >
Description】
Used to make some settings on the specified channel (but must be validated using the ChanServ identify command before setting it). These setup projects include:
Founder Set up Channel initiator (must be a registered nickname)
Successor set the channel's heir. If the name of the originator of the channel is cancelled or invalidated, and the channel is still in use, the successor becomes the originator of the channel. However, if the heir has already registered too many channels (>=20), the channel will be canceled, just like no successor set.
Password set the creator's password (or change the channel's password)
Desc Change the description of the channel
URL to set the home page address information associated with the channel (you can use the/msg ChanServ Info command to find out)
Email settings related to the channel email information (You can use the/msg ChanServ Info command to see)
ENTRYMSG sets the notice information that the channel sends to the user when a user enters the channel. If there are no parameters, no information is sent to the user.
