BEIJING, December 20, 2012--Oracle announced today, with leading cloud http://www.aliyun.com/zixun/aggregation/18658.html "> Marketing Automation and revenue performance management software supplier Eloqua (NASDAQ Code: ELOQ) reached the acquisition agreement, the acquisition price of 23.50 U.S. dollars per share, the total amount of about 871 million U.S. dollars. Eloqua's modern Marketing cloud provides best-in-class performance to ensure that every aspect of marketing work is more effort and more effective at driving revenue.

The combination of Oracle and Eloqua is expected to create a comprehensive customer experience cloud offering to help companies transform their way of marketing, sales, support and customer service. The integrated product will enable the enterprise to provide a highly personalized and cross channel unified experience, build brand loyalty through social and online interaction, increase sales revenue by bringing higher quality sales leads to sales teams, and provide best-in-class service at each point of contact.

The Eloqua board has unanimously approved the deal. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first half of 2013, requiring Eloqua shareholder approval, regulatory approvals and other customary trading conditions.
