According to the two parties ' announcement, the total subscription price paid by Ping An to deep development in China consists of the following two parts, that is, Ping An bank's 7.825 billion shares (about 90.75% of the total capital of Ping An bank) and the subscription of the cash for sale as at the date of the signing of the share subscription agreement That is, a value equal to the total subscription price minus the value of the subscription-valued asset.　　China Ping An private shares subscribed for in this transaction may not be transferable within 36 months after the completion of the shares subscription. Ping An also said that after the completion of the transaction, the deep development and ping An bank will study viable options for the subsequent integration of the two lines.　　In due course, the development will take the form of two-line integration, including, but not limited to, the means permitted by applicable laws such as the incorporation of Ping an bank. According to the Southwest Securities Banking analyst Li Lichun estimates, ping An bank per share price of 3.375 yuan, each share of the deep development of Ping An bank 5.26 shares. After the completion of the transaction, it is expected that the total stake of the deep development issue is about 5.124 billion shares, and China Ping ' an and its affiliated parties will hold more than 50% of the deep development shares and become the controlling shareholder of the deep development.
