September 17, 2010, CA Technologies (NASDAQ:CA) and Fujitsu (Fujitsu) today jointly announced the signing of the Strategic partnership Agreement, the establishment of the strategic alliance will strengthen the two sides of the company's service support product line and cloud computing development strategy. At the initial stage of the cooperation, the two sides have signed the OEM framework Agreement, that is, Fujitsu will sell CA creator configured Management (ca APM) in Japan (CA Technologies is nominated for application Monitoring field leader *), and bundled with its SOA middleware suite and system management software suite. In addition, CA Technologies will provide Fujitsu's Interstage Business process Manager Analytics software products worldwide as a CA Business process configured  Analytics (ca Bppa) and is sold as an add-on selection product for CA APM. This partnership enhances CA technologies and Fujitsu's ability to help organizations improve their IT environments and optimize their IT supply chains. With the solutions provided by CA Technologies and Fujitsu, organizations can confidently release new cloud projects through the application infrastructure, access to comprehensive business management and visualization of business process performance.  This will ensure that the services provided meet the expectations and business objectives of the end users. "Ca Technologies and Fujitsu have a long history of cooperation in promoting new products and services," said Chris Cook, general manager of CA Technologies Service assurance business. This partnership demonstrates the commitment of both companies, as always, to deliver market-oriented solutions to key IT and business management challenges, including quality service delivery and end-user experience management. "The combination of CA technologies and Fujitsu products will make it and business solutions provided by both companies more comprehensive and competitive," said Masato Nitta, president of Fujitsu's Middleware business unit. CA apm proactively identifies and resolves the performance issues of it real-time services to ensure a consistent and efficient level of service delivery required by the customer. Fujitsu interstage Business Process Manager Analytics as a supplemental product of CA APM, which is used to correlate and translate application performance issues into business and business process contexts. "CA APM will help Fujitsu customers predict and quickly identify the root cause of business processing performance, and then address the most critical issues in the first place to ensure it delivers the highest possible level of service."  The combination of CA APM and Fujitsu Middleware Suite enables Fujitsu to provide a complete set of IT management solutions for physical, virtual, and cloud environments. By expanding capabilities in business process performance management and business Activity monitoring, CA Bppa will effectively enhance the product mix of CA service Security (CA Services Assurance). The product also helps customers improve agility by providing a broader and deeper perspective on the quality of business processes, services, applications, business transactions, and end-user experience. CA Bppa will help business managers and application developers streamline business processes, proactively manage service level agreements (SLAs), quickly resolve business-affecting issues, while ensuring continuous and efficient service delivery levels for all environments, including the cloud environment.
