Giants Network (NYSE: GA) announced in Tuesday that Shi Yuzhu resigned as CEO for personal reasons, the resolution will enter into force on April 19, 2013. Shi Yuzhu will continue to retain its giant network company chairman of the Board of Directors. The board will then announce the appointment of the new CEO on April 19.
