Grits is a Virtual Globe library using gtk++ and OpenGL technology. It can be used as a aweather rendering engine.

Grits 0.7 adds a new Gritsline object, Tagged Image icon support, Mercator projection support, OpenStreetMap Map service, and a variety of bug fixes and minor improvements.
