Han-Wei Capital Management launched two mainland retail real estate funds

The two funds will focus on retail shopping malls and retail development projects in the medium market.　　These projects will mainly be located in mainland China's economic and retail fundamentals of strong two and third-tier cities. CR China retail Real Estate Income fund I will focus on the acquisition of completed retail real estate, the annual return target of 12% to 15%. The fund plans to raise 300 million dollars.　　The fund's acquisition target is those leasing more than 90% of the real estate. Huarun China Retail Real Estate Development Fund I plans to finance 500 million of billions of dollars and focus on acquisitions of projects still under development. The fund's annual return target is 20%. The fund has identified seven retail development projects as an investment target.
