An employee concludes: "IBM now has two methods of redundancy, one is the common resource action notification, the other is to comment 3 points." Of course, IBM's layoffs are likely to be well below the 110,000 previously reported, and it may be that the employees have suddenly lowered their performance, or they are just complaining and whining.
