Implementation of private cloud storage device based on WebDAV protocol

To address the security issues of putting confidential or private data into the public cloud, and the increasing number of individuals and businesses wishing to use a new solution instead of the general scheme (FTP) on a private cloud, this paper presents a private cloud storage system based on WebDAV protocol (which we call Airdisk). Firstly, the system adopts Realtek scheme, chooses rtl8196c as main control chip, burns write OPENWRT firmware configuration Apache server, loads WebDAV module to provide new solution for users, and the identity authentication mechanism of DAV module guarantees the security of user and system interaction; second, Select Rtl8188re as wireless module to provide ap-client mode, so that Airdisk has the function of wireless relay, finally, in order to meet the flexibility of equipment, cross-compile Peanut shell client program and transplant to the target board, realize the function of dynamic domain name resolution. Airdisk can be placed under the protection of a home or enterprise firewall to ensure that it is not easily attacked by outsiders. The test results show that the system meets the needs of home users and small office networks.
