Anyway, reasonable consumption, need to buy, if you want to buy, Ali cloud is good. (Aliyun can now apply for six months free use, this half-year only need to buy the public network bandwidth, 1M almost half a year more than 100)

Second, the relational database RDS
Relational database Simply put is to separate the database, initially in the era of VPS, what things are resolved inside that server, like web applications, web site attachments, web site database, etc., the benefits are in a server for easy management The more money, but the downside is that you can not focus your server on what to do with the server, but also deal with things like attachments and databases at the same time. If the server is broken, your entire site is dead.
Separate the database, making the database Aliyun help you to maintain, you just need to use the database on the line. If the site hung up, your database is still there, you can restore the database to any time within 7 days.
First look at my database, a database instance can create a lot of databases. Need to be reminded that different regions of the server and database are not interoperable within the network, and the public network is to collect money.

If your data is in other databases, you can migrate the database to RDS through "Database Migration".
First need to create a database with the same name in the RDS and you need to migrate the database, then fill in the appropriate information, check the database permissions, and then you can migrate. (Certainly not supported by the virtual host, not enough authority)

The only good is stability, but too lazy to go to another service provider where the registered account.
