China Daily News: According to U.S. media sources, from 3 o'clock in the morning local time April 29, the Lebanese Middle East Airlines about 170 pilots at the Beirut International Airport for a 24-hour strike.  It is reported that the strike was launched by the pilot's union, requiring airlines to improve their working conditions, including annual pay rises, additional holidays and the opening of pension plans.  It is reported that the strike will force airlines to cancel flights to the Middle East, Europe and Africa and other countries of the 23 international flight, about 5,000 passengers affected. The Lebanese Middle East Airlines has 13 aircraft and flies to 29 destinations. After years of civil war and the global financial crisis, Middle Eastern airlines have been working to reshape the region's top airlines.
