Function Description: Displays the boot information.

Supplemental Note: Kernel will store the boot information in the ring buffer. If you do not have time to check the information on the boot, you can use DMESG to view. The boot information is also stored in the Var directory, in the file name DMESG.

Parameters：
-C to clear the contents of the ring buffer after displaying the information.
The-s< buffer size > preset is 8196, just equal to the size of the ring buffer.
-N Sets the level of logging information.
