The reason is that Microsoft has used up its American IPv4 address space and started using the global IPV4 address pool. Microsoft Azure's Official blog revealed the message that the IP address is not equal to the physical address, for example, you might use a server located in Virginia but assigned to a Brazilian IP address.
Microsoft said that Azure's support for IPV6 was progressing well, but that the IPV6 timetable had not been publicly opened. IPV6 uses a 128-bit long address, has 2^128 available addresses, and has a number of dozens of orders of magnitude more than IPv4.
