According to the preliminary decision, the dumping margin of Korea-related companies is 2.4% to 11.2%, and the dumping margin of Thai companies is 12.2% to 20.1%. The Ministry of Commerce issued the same day in 2010, the 3rd Bulletin said that in view of the special circumstances and complexity of the case, decided to extend the investigation period of 6 months, that is, the investigation deadline for the case is August 12, 2010.
