March 17, 2015, Nintendo and Japan's famous hand tour operator Dena identified cooperation and held a live conference, announced that will be business cooperation and capital consolidation.

Nintendo and Dena announced that they would be using the Nintendo IP smartphone game to jointly develop and operate Nintendo's role and Nintendo's intellectual property to launch smart device-oriented gaming applications and develop new membership services for multiple devices.

Nintendo and Dena are determined to exchange 22 billion yen each other in order to develop the mobile gaming business worldwide. Dena will be 10% in exchange for Nintendo's 1.24% stake, worth 22 billion yen, about 1.13 billion yuan
