Observation on product retention samples in strict feed production process enterprises

Xinhua Beijing, February 20, 20th began to solicit views of the community, "feed and feed additives management Regulations (revised draft)," clearly stipulates that feed, feed additive production enterprises, should be effective control of the production process, the implementation of production records and product retention-like observation system.　　The draft provisions prohibit the use of the Agricultural Administrative Department of the State Council published feed raw Materials catalog and feed additive variety catalog of any substances outside the production of feed. For the draft provisions, feed, feed additive production enterprises should truthfully record the name of raw materials, origin, quantity, shelf life, license certificate number, inspection certificate number, production enterprise name or supplier name and contact method, purchase date, etc.　　The record shall be kept for a period not less than 2 years. The draft provisions, the enterprise production feed, feed additives, can not directly add veterinary drugs and other prohibited drugs, veterinary drugs allowed to add, must be made into drug feed additives, before the addition of the production of drug feed additives, not to add hormone drugs;　　shall comply with the safety regulations established by the competent agricultural administrative department under the State Council. The draft also stipulates that feed, feed additive production enterprises should truthfully record the factory sales of feed, feed additive name, quantity, production date, production batches, product quality inspection qualified number, buyer name and contact method, sales date. The record shall be kept for a period not less than 2 years.
