Opengts 2.3.8 This release includes support for most tk102/tk103 global http://www.aliyun.com/zixun/aggregation/17404.html "> positioning system tracking devices. It has an updated JSON API in "Events.war". Added Unicode character encoding to display addresses and other text on the map. It has a newer Spanish translation. and various error correction.

Opengts (Open sourced GPS tracking system) provides an infrastructure framework for creating your own web-based GPS tracking system. It currently uses Google Maps to mapping. and through Plug-ins to increase the support of a variety of GPS tracking equipment.
