Beijing time July 17 Morning News, Phoenix New Media (Nyse:feng) today announced the promotion of Ling as the company's chief marketing Officer (CMO), effective day. The company also announced the appointment of Cangia (Richard Tong), the company's chief Technical Officer (CTO), effective on July 21, 2014.

Ling has served as executive vice president of the company since September 2013 and has been vice president of advertising sales since February 2010 to August 2013. After the promotion, Ling as the chief marketing Officer will be responsible for the company's advertising sales, brand building and integration of marketing activities.
