Aiming at the introduction of new service mode and the use of virtualization technology in cloud computing environment, it brings a series of new security hidden problems to information security, and studies the security of public cloud. This paper analyzes the security threats faced by public cloud from two aspects, security of user security target data and cloud service availability and performance. The public cloud security reference frame is designed, the security of the public cloud is enhanced from user management, data security, data center hardware and software security and control right transfer, and the cloud security assessment is discussed.
