2.2.1 Run command

If you want to run only one command, you can open the command Line Input window as shown in the following illustration by using the shortcut key <Alt+F2> or selecting "Run command ..." from the System main menu.

It remembers the name of the command that the user entered previously, and can either enter the URL address to open the specified page or type the man's manual page for the Man:command display system.

2.2.2 Use terminals

In the desktop environment, you can use the Terminal program to enter the traditional command line operation interface, start the command line terminal method is: In the System main menu, select application → utility → terminal program, or click on the Desktop Panel icon. The following figure is the Konsole Terminal program window. Here you can type the shell command to quickly complete the task.

To exit the terminal program, click the Close button in the upper-right corner of the window, or type exit at the shell prompt, or press the shortcut key <Ctrl+D>.

Select Help from the System main menu.

On the application's Help menu, clicking the appropriate option brings up the Help browser and displays help information about the program.

The following illustration shows the Help Center interface, where you can browse each Help topic by type in the Content tab page, and you can query the definition of common terms by clicking on the Glossary tab.
