After clarifying the development trend and the reason of the sudden event discourse system in the large data age, how to deal with the key point of this paper, the author expounds in detail from the aspects of coping thinking, the construction of information management mechanism and the implementation of three specific strategies. First of all, the emergency response thinking in large data age should conform to the characteristics of large data scale, high speed and relativity, and should be fully adapted to the requirement of social media to open information. Second, the public opinion of the sudden events in the big Data age can not be separated from the management and analysis of information technology and data. Therefore, the author divides it into the public opinion early warning mechanism, the information control mechanism and the ex post evaluation mechanism in three aspects based on the occurrence time sequence of the unexpected event, concretely expounds the beforehand, the matter, Afterwards each stage carries on the emergency information management and the public opinion response system, such as the information monitoring system, the information publicity system, the press spokesperson system and the ex post evaluation system. Finally, with the construction of information management system is the specific public opinion guidance strategy, this paper suggests that the full use of social media and strengthen the mainstream media discourse ability of two aspects, two-pronged approach to achieve network platform and traditional media in the public opinion of the incident.
