SAP to invest $2 billion in China

SAP said it would invest more than $2 billion trillion in China before 2015 to further expand SAP's presence there.　　In particular, SAP said it would further expand its market coverage in China, plan to recruit 2000 new employees by 2015, and set up 5-6 new regional hubs in China, with appropriate expansion of all the support intelligence departments. In response to the cloud-computing boom, SAP yesterday unveiled its own cloud strategy, which covers business network solutions, line-of-business applications, and cloud platform development.　　It is reported that, as Chengdu in the Western Regional Center status, as well as Chengdu, the development of cloud computing industry, SAP is expected to start more cooperation with Chengdu.
