Scilab is a numerical computation software similar to MATLAB or Simulink. Scilab includes hundreds of mathematical functions that enable you to add programs interactively from multiple languages, such as C or http://www.aliyun.com/zixun/aggregation/29818.html ">fortran." It has complex data structures (including lists, polynomials, rational functions, linear systems), an interpreter, and a high-level programming language. Scilab is an open source system that allows users to define new data types and overloads of these data types, with multiple system-usable toolkits.

The Scilab version 5.5.3 fixes serious errors that have caused localized and Mac OS X10.6.8 operations in Japan and Poland to fail.
