According to overseas media reports, Austrian distributor Jowood due to mismanagement, recently filed a bankruptcy reorganization petition to the local Court. "Based on the provisions of the company law and the Jowood financial situation, we decided to sue the other party to protect the interests of our shareholders," he said. "The Jowood spokesman said they hoped the case would be heard as soon as possible, otherwise the cumbersome legal process could delay the case for several years."
